Prestige City is located in Sector 92, New Gurugram, Delhi NCR. It is positioned near the Dwarka Expressway and NH-48 corridors.

The project offers a premium range of 2 BHK, 3 BHK, and 4 BHK luxury residences, with sizes starting from approx. 1,100 sq.ft. to over 2,400 sq.ft.

The expected pre-launch pricing starts from ₹1.43 Cr onwards for a 2 BHK apartment.

The project is being developed by Prestige Group in a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) with Sare Gurugram Private Limited.

The developer has submitted the registration application to the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HARERA), and the official RERA number will be displayed upon official launch.
